We all ask the same question and pursue the same goal. We all want to be happy, we all work and earn money to live and in the end to be happy.

So what is happiness?

It’s not possible to give a specific definition but in general psychologists call happiness as  a mental or emotional state of well-being defined by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. Than comes a bigger question; what is well being?

In their inspiring and intriguing study, two Nobel Economy Prize winners Daniel Kahneman and Angus Deaton argues that recent research begun to distinguish two aspects of well-being. Emotional well-being refers to the emotional quality of an individual’s everyday experience the frequency and intensity of experiences of joy, stress, sadness, anger, and affection that make one’s life pleasant or unpleasant. Life evaluation refers to the thoughts that people have about their life when they think about it.
